Additional New Renovations: East & West Wing
- Thirty one (31) individual residential rooms (semi-studio apartments), carpeted floors, closets and restrooms with showers. Furnishings include: Bed, night stand, chest of drawers, work desk and chair. These rooms are located on the East and West wings of the complex.
- One (1) fitness center with tread mill, weights, scales, Abs equipment, curls and TV.
- One (1) laundry room with multiple washers and dryers (additional hook-ups).
- Kitchen and dining area with commercial grade equipment; tables and chairs.
- Two (2) common lounging areas; each with two (2) Cable TV’s, two (2) Computers and high speed internet.
Additional New Renovations: South Wing
- Seven (7) dorm style rooms; three (3) beds per room, night stands, storage drawers underneath each bed and a portable upright closet. Also located in the dorm area are four (4) showers, six (6) sinks and four (4) toilets.

- One (1) common lounge area with two (2) Cable TV’s, and two (2) Computers with high speed internet.

Inspections
The entire facility has been inspected and approved by the City of Decatur, Fire Department, Health Department and the State of Illinois Fire Marshall’s office.
